Champagne Michel Arnould et Fils Brut Reserve

Brut RESERVE

Grape Variety Blend : 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from reserve wines.
Presentation: The Brut Reserve Grand Cru owes the strength of its aromas and its affirmed body to the Pinot Noir from Verzenay, and owes its delicacy to the Chardonnay.
Tasting commentary: Hints of soft fruits (peach, apricot, plum) accompanied by a sensation of exotic fruits. A sharp attack on the palate and then transpires an impression of harmony and stability. Once again we find these hints of soft fruits but no longer crystalised, to which we can add flavours of almonds and hazelnuts.
Food and wine harmony: For the apéritif, with a fish in sauce.

Champagne Michel Arnould et Fils Brut Tradition

Brut TRADITION

Grape variety blend : 100% Pinot Noir from reserve wines.

Presentation: Blanc de Noir, this vintage is the pure expression of the combination of Pinot Noir and the Grand Cru soil of Verzenay. This balanced champagne combines freshness, delicacy and an appropriate vinfication process.

Tasting commentary: Strong nose, round and fruity. Aromas of soft fruits (apricots or peaches for example) which are starting to mature into crystalised fruits. A gentle attack, beautiful sensation of softness and sweetness. Hints of white fruits. Milk caramel and long lasting taste on the palate.

Food and wine harmony: For the apéritif or with an ice cream dessert like Dame Blanche
