Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo. A cuvée born from the vineyards of Barolo Sant'Anna (La Morra), Collaretto (Serralunga) and Fossati (Barolo).
Soil: marny and calcareous.
Exposure: south. Altitude: 380m above sea level.
Cultivation method: Guyot.
4,500 plants/ha.
Productive vine average age: 40 years.
Vineyard yield: 60 q/ha.
Harvesting: manual.
Harvesting period: end of October.
Vinification: 15-day fermentation in stainless steel wine vats.
Controlled temperature: 33°C.

Ageing: in new French barriques for 36 months.

Soil: marny and calcareous.
Exposure: south southwest. Altitude: 280m above sea level.
